Need a hand?

Contact support
Email us at support@riggr.app. We answer most emails within 24 hours (often same-day) — riggr is built by anglers in Michigan, not a faceless support queue.
For account or billing issues, include the email address on your riggr account so we can look you up.
How does a feature work?
The guides walk through trips and GPS tracking, logging catches, the map, your spread, combos, Flurry and sharing reports — step by step, with the fine print.

How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
iOS (App Store): Open the iPhone Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → riggr → Cancel Subscription. You can also reach this screen from inside the riggr app: Profile tab → Manage Subscription.
Web (Stripe): Sign in at riggr.app → Profile → Manage Subscription → Cancel.
Cancellation stops the next renewal; your Premium access continues through the end of the current paid period.
How do I get a refund?
App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Web (Stripe) purchases: email support@riggr.app within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.
How do I restore a previous purchase?
On iOS, open the riggr app → Profile tab → Restore Purchases. The app re-fetches your Apple subscription receipts and unlocks Premium if a valid subscription is found. This works after reinstalling the app or switching devices.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app or web: Profile → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and not reversible. On deletion:
- Private data (waypoints, follows, group memberships) is removed immediately.
- Your auth record is deleted — you can't log back in with the same credentials.
- Posts and direct messages stay visible to recipients with your name shown as “[deleted].” This preserves conversations other users are engaged in.
- Catches, trips, and tracks are anonymized (your user_id detached).
See Section 12b of the Terms for the full data-deletion policy.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?. We'll email you a reset link. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a minute or two.
If you signed up with Sign in with Apple or Continue with Google, there's no riggr password to reset — use the same method you originally signed up with.
Sign in with Apple shows an error
Try these steps in order:
- Make sure you're signed into iCloud on your device (Settings → your name at top).
- Close and reopen the riggr app.
- If the error mentions a specific code (e.g. “1000” or “Provider … is not enabled”), screenshot it and email support@riggr.app.
If you originally signed up with email/password or Google, use that same method — Sign in with Apple will create a new, empty account.
The app shows wrong weather, depth, or marine forecast
Weather, buoy data, and marine forecasts come from NOAA / National Weather Service and update on their schedule (not ours). Depth contours are bathymetry data from NOAA charts. If a number looks wrong, it's usually a data quality / source issue, not a bug in riggr.
That said — if something is consistently off for your area, please tell us at support@riggr.app with the location and a screenshot. We sometimes spot bugs that way (e.g. a wrong NOAA zone for a port).
How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?
Email support@riggr.app with a description and a screenshot if you can. For bugs, please include:
- Device + OS version (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 17.5)
- What you did right before the bug
- What you expected vs what actually happened
We read every email. Most user-reported bugs ship a fix within a few days via an over-the-air update — no App Store update needed.
