Got lucky this morning in Ludington all the weather went just south of us. Fishing was excellent mostly all plugs in the morning but the big winner after the sun came up was a black slick Bigfoot with an isotope meat ring just above bottom 👏👏

Yesterday dad and I had the honor of taking out a retired Army and Air Force vet for a day of fishing out of st Joe for trolling with the troops. It was a good day with calm conditions and good weather, we were able to get 9 fish in the box. I also created two custom spoons for the veterans to take home as a reminder of their day on the water.

Took a quick trip out of Sterling State Park on Lake Erie this evening after work. Not a limit, but certainly a good dinner with some left over for lunch!! I even snuck in a smallmouth!! 🤣
